Mr. Ashok Kumar is the Managing Director of Akesiss. He has over 35 years of rich experience in pharmaceutical industry.

He has an impressive track record of more than three decades with a modest beginning as medical representative in a reputed company and reaching the top position of vice president marketing of a major pharmaceutical company in India.

After gaining an extensive industrial experience, he founded Akesiss Pharma in 2009. He has been using his expertise in Akesiss Pharma towards bringing innovative marketing modules, structuring new departments and making Akesiss a great place to work by strengthening its employee value proposition.

He believes in making things happen by fostering the culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. He also encourages every employee to work on core-strength with best of their effort.

Mr. Naik is the Marketing Director of Akesiss. He has long association with Pharmaceutical Industry including Multi Nationals like GSK and reputed Indian Pharmaceutical companies like Alembic.

His expertise includes launching new companies and new products. He headed marketing teams successfully in various companies.

His contribution to pharmna industry is well recognized. He imparts training to marketing executives. For the last 30 years he has been publishing innovative work manuals for field force in pharmaceuticals.

Mr. Thomsan George is the Director – Sales & Marketing for Zalvo & Zalvo Life; the Gynaecology division of Akesiss. He has acquired in depth knowledge of Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing in his long experience of over three decades. He has contributed considerably towards the progress of companies like Glenmark and Bal Pharma.

Started his career as Medical Representative and progressed rapidly to handle different assignments. His previous assignment was as a national sales head for multi-specialty division of Bal Pharma limited. He excelled in all his assignments with record breaking achievements.

Mr. Padmadas is the Director – Sales & Marketing for Glyvo and Glyvo Life, the Cardio-Diabetology Speciality division of Akesiss. He comes with pharma experience of more than two decades in marketing and sales. He successfully handled various assignments in different specialties including chronic segment like Diabetology. He launched and established an exclusive Diabetology division by heading its all India operations.

Simplicity, innovation and dynamic leadership skills contributed to his successful career growth from Medical Representative to the Director.

Mr. Sharath is the Director – Sales & Marketing for Lazo, the Orthopaedic division of Akesiss. He has over 25 years of pharma experience in various specialties including that of 8 years in Cardiology.

His last assignment was as a Sales Head for Cardiology division in Bal Pharma Ltd. He is known for his outstanding business contribution through his dynamic customer approach and skills.

As Head-HR, Mr. Shijit heads all aspects of HR in the organization. A passionate HR professional with an experience of more than 20 years in HRD, he was associated with Nitta Gelatin India Ltd. prior to his assignment with Akesiss.

Having joined Akesiss in 2012, Mr. Shijit brings with him professional expertise in all aspects of HR, which will be utilized for continuous improvement and innovations in HR practices and processes in the organization.

He has an MBA degree in human resources from MG University and an MSc in Psychology from Madras University. He also possesses a postgraduate diploma in training & development from the Indian Institute of Training & Development (ISTD) Delhi. He is a life member of ISTD and NHRD

Mr. George is heading the Finance & Accounts department of Akesiss. He has over 25 years of experience in Corporate Accounting and Management in various Companies.

He has in-depth knowledge of taxation, finance, costing, and accounts and provides his expertise in accounting system development, fiscal management, and financial reporting. He has a proven track record of developing and implementing financial and operational controls.
